As a general policy, a student applicant who complies with the admission documents and eligibility requirements may enroll.
Admission Requirements
Incoming KINDER
- Must be 5 years old by October 31 of the current school year
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
Incoming Grade 7
- Report Card (SF 9)
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Recent 2 pcs 2x2 ID Picture
- Latest Income Tax Return or Certificate of Tax Exempt or Certification of Unemployment of Parent/Legal Guardian
Transferees
- Report Card (SF 9)
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- ESC Certificate (for JHS ESC recipients)

Enrollment Reservation
How to reserve a slot:
STEP 1. Accomplish Enrollment reservation form at Enrollment Reservation Form, SY 2025-2026
For downloaded forms
Student temporary ID number will be sent through the submitted mobile number of parent/guardian.
STEP 2. Pay the reservation fee of three thousand pesos (P 3,000.00) through the following payment options
STEP 3. Email a copy of proof of payment with student’s complete name (Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial) to gsjhs.payments@uc-bcf.edu.ph. Wait for a confirmation email.
Note: The reservation fee is non-refundable and will be deducted to enrollment fee.




Enrollment Procedures
STEP 1. Accomplish the Online UC Admission Form
STEP 2. Email the accomplished admission form
STEP 3. Pay fees through the following payment options
Option 1: Cashier Office, UC Main Campus (Monday to Saturday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM)
Option 2: Banks (BDO/ METROBANK/ PNB/ RCBC/ UNIONBANK) no account numbers needed
- Online Banking thru Bank's Mobile App or Bank's Website, use “BILLS PAYMENT” option
- Over the Counter using PAYMENT SLIP or BILLS COLLECTION SLIP
Subscriber's Name: 'Student's Full Name'
Subscriber's Number: 'Student's TEMPORARY ID Number'
STEP 4. The official registration form, student ID and Official UC e-mail account shall be sent via email.
