To develop through the CLEP a distinctive brand of legal advocacy that strengthens our adherence to justice, equality, and peace.
Mission
To serve the community especially the under-privileged by providing professional and efficient legal services through its Legal Aid Clinic.
Services Offered
A. Give Legal Advice
B. Provide legal orientations, law lectures, right awareness, and assist in public interest advocacies for policy formulation and implementation to LGUs / Schools - Public or Private / NGOs / Cooperatives / Organizations with public service advocacies and the like.
C. Interview and represent eligible clients before quasi-judicial or administrative bodies and also judicial cases (criminal cases for defense or prosecution, civil cases for plaintiff or respondent).
D. Draft legal documents such as affidavits, compromise agreements, contracts, demand letters, position papers, and the like.
E. Negotiate for and on behalf of the client – APDR (Appropriate Dispute Resolutions) proceedings.
F. Assist in taking depositions and/or preparing judicial affidavits of witnesses.
G. Appealed cases, to prepare the pleadings required in the cases.
